Sean Parnell is senior legislative director for Save Our States. Previously, he served as the president of the Center for Competitive Politics (now the Institute for Free Speech) and was vice president for public policy at The Philanthropy Roundtable. He is the author of two books and received a B.A. in Economics from Drake University.
