Protecting freedom through federalism
Save Our States works to protect the principles that keep America free, strong, and united. We focus on issues where the balance between local control and national power is most crucial. Preserving constitutional limits, individual liberty, and self-government is essential for a healthy republic.
From defending the Electoral College to protecting our economy, elections, and health care from government overreach, we work to ensure that America’s system serves citizens, not special interests or distant bureaucracies.
Defending the Electoral College
The genius of America is that we are a republic of republics—states are the building block of our constitutional order. The Electoral College is an essential part of that order; Save Our States has educated millions of Americans about its importance.

Defeating “National Popular Vote”
The Left’s attempt to use an interstate compact to rig presidential elections in favor of the biggest states and cities is a real insurrection. We’ve led the fight against the NPV interstate compact campaign since 2009.

The Stop Ranked-Choice Voting Coalition
Together with the Honest Elections Project, we created and run a nationwide coalition that has helped to stop, roll back, and ban ranked-choice voting—a convoluted election scheme that is bad for voters and dangerous to election integrity.

Healthcare Price Transparency
Americans deserve to see real prices before choosing care. Hidden cost shifts, like the federal 340B drug program, need to be exposed and reformed. These common-sense reforms will create competition and drive prices down.

Open Banking
Consumers should own their own financial data. This is called “open banking,” and it lets small businesses, community banks, and startups compete with the biggest banks. Open banking means we pay lower fees and get more choices.

Litigation Funding Freedom
Conservatives have a new tool to level the playing field against the biggest, wokest institutions. Third-party litigation funding allows ordinary people to pay for lawsuits to enforce laws against woke tyranny from the workplace to the boardroom.
